Travis Latter
RTO Investment Strategist
AIBB Chair Education & Training

Travis Latter is the quietly bald, loudly strategic force behind Infinity Business Brokers—a firm that’s somehow managed to become Australia’s go-to brokerage for RTO sales without ever running a single TikTok dance campaign.

With over 27 RTO sales in the past year alone, Travis isn’t just busy—he’s basically on speed dial for anyone in the education space thinking, “I’m done marking assessments and herding trainers—what’s next?” His days are spent elbow-deep in compliance clauses, seller emotions, buyer spreadsheets and the occasional motivational monologue that begins with “When I sold my own RTO…”

Travis is known for his honesty, humility and refusal to wear a tie. Clients describe him as “calm in chaos” and “surprisingly funny for someone who gets excited by EBITDA.” He’s the guy who’ll quote regulatory guidelines with one breath and then gently remind you that your LMS is held together by hope and duct tape. But don’t let the banter fool you. Travis leads a high-performing team (grown from two to many) that delivers serious results. Infinity’s four pillars—Fair Pricing, Integrity, Transparency and Superior Knowledge—aren’t just branding fluff; they’re hardwired into every valuation, every deal, every brutally honest email that begins with “Just flagging this risk...”

Outside of the deal room, Travis is the Chair of Education & Training for the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB), where he mentors brokers, designs CPD workshops and reminds everyone that “valuation spreadsheets are just love letters written in numbers.”

A lifelong learner with a bias for action, Travis keeps one foot in the trenches and the other on a soapbox—usually reminding vendors that “hope is not a strategy” and “your compliance file isn’t a mystery novel.”

Whether he’s negotiating with ASQA-seasoned sellers or guiding a first-time buyer through their third identity crisis, Travis does it with empathy, wit and the kind of industry know-how that can only be earned by making (and learning from) every mistake in the book.

In a world full of brokers trying to look clever, Travis Latter just focuses on being useful. The results speak for themselves—although if you ask him, he’ll still tell you a good dad joke while sorting your CRICOS paperwork.

If you want flash, look elsewhere. If you want someone who makes sense of chaos, makes deals happen and makes people laugh while doing it—Travis is your guy.
