By purchasing and using the Infinity RTO Self-Sell System (IRSS), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Independent Use
The IRSS is provided as a self-directed toolkit. Infinity Business Brokers (Infinity) is not acting as your agent, broker, legal advisor, or financial advisor in any capacity through the supply of this system.

2. No Agency or Fiduciary Duty
No agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or employment relationship exists between you and Infinity. Infinity does not owe you any fiduciary duties or obligations beyond those required by law.

3. Optional Support Services
Where you engage any optional support services, these are limited to administrative or general guidance only. They do not amount to legal, financial or tax advice. Infinity strongly recommends you obtain independent legal, financial and tax advice before entering any transaction.

4. Vendor Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, managing negotiations, and finalising any sale. Infinity does not vet buyers, draft contracts, or conduct due diligence on your behalf.

5. No Warranties
Infinity makes no warranties or representations about the suitability, completeness, or outcomes from use of the IRSS. All implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you arising directly or indirectly from your use of the IRSS or any optional services.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Infinity, its directors, employees and contractors against any claims, demands, actions or costs arising from your use of the IRSS and any optional support services.

8. Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
